Barge cleaning
Deck cleaning of Barges/Vessel
ERP Trading B.V. is specialized in the cleaning of vessels and pontoons.
Prior to cleaning, our calculation team analyzes the drawings to know what is on board. Once the barge or vessel arrives in port, ERP Trading B.V. will board fully equipped. After the grillage and sea fastening is cut loose, cranes will remove the steel that has to be scrapped from board. Next the cutline’s is gouged away so we can grind to 100% clean. At last we will paint the deck using a paint system.
Our high standards for deck cleaning (including coating) esure that barges or vessels will be as good as new.

Construction
Fabrication of steel items
ERP Trading B.V. has welders (111, 135, 136 certified) available at all times to perform welding services on commission. Our engineers can calculate, draw and advise our clients whenever necessary.
Decommissioning
Scrap and dispose abandon platforms.
After an offshore oil or gas platform completed its job it gets removed. Since a platform is built under the so-called 'mining regulation' of the country where it was built, this country has first right to make a quotation for decommissioning.
ERP Trading B.V. assists in decommissioning projects. We possess both the necessary expertise and contacts to ensure no environmental harm will be done during the process.
Recycling
The circle of life
ERP Trading B.V. started as a recycling company. We buy scrap and dispose it in our own scrap containers. Bigger items can be loaded on trucks or barges. We have cutters available to scrap larger items in a safe and secure way.
We are fully self-supporting. We don't need any support from terminals or customers.
Rental Items
ERP Rental B.V. offers a wide range of rental items for various offshore projects, including ballast weights up to 1200 tons, gangways up to 32 meters, stair towers up to 56 meters high, fenders and a diversity offshore items. These high-quality materials support safe and efficient operations, tailored to specific project needs.
