Seaway Heavy Lifting (SHL) 2500mT capacity HLV Stanislav Yudin transported a frame from Vlissingen to Rotterdam. The frame had to be taken for use on another project. ERP Trading BV was asked by SHL to disassemble the frame with gouging the welds.
